Common questions
Is this a real checkout — will I be charged when I click "Reserve this price"?
No. Nothing is charged and no payment is taken on this page. "Reserve this price" prepares an email to us with your answers and calculated price, for us to confirm against your site and send on the actual Care Plan agreement.
Why isn't this instantly binding?
A Care Plan is a 4-year agreement, so before anything is signed we do one quick desk-based check of your answers against your site — usually the same working day — to make sure the price is right before it’s locked in. Everything up to that point is instant.
How accurate is the price from four questions?
The three tiers are Impact Acoustics' own fixed, published rates (the same ones a surveyor would use over the phone) — the questions here are just a faster way to place you in the right one. We double-check it against your site before anything is finalised.
Can I change my answers?
Yes — use "Start again" any time before you reserve, and nothing is locked in until we’ve confirmed the quote with you and you’ve accepted it.
