Floor mapping is a chargeable add-on to the Noise at Work Care Plan. Choose the level of detail you need below — the price updates live as you change the room count. All prices shown are + VAT. 1. Rooms / areas to be mapped
Every tier includes up to 3 rooms in the base price. Extra rooms are charged per room, at the rate shown on each tier below.
This per-room rate is built for ordinary rooms and work areas. A single very large open-plan space, a multi-level layout, or unusually irregular geometry can mean more mapping work than its room count alone suggests — if that sounds like your site, mention it in the notes below and we’ll confirm the right scope before quoting, rather than under-scoping it here.

3. Request this quote
This isn’t an instant checkout yet — tell us a little about your site and we’ll come back with a confirmed fixed price and a date, usually within one working day. Your floor plan (PDF, image, or CAD export) can just be attached to your reply once we’re in touch.
Common questions - Before you request a quote
- Is this a real checkout — will I be charged when I click "Request this quote"?. No. Nothing is charged and no payment is taken on this page. “Request this quote” prepares an email to us with your details and the tier/room count you selected, for us to confirm and invoice separately.
- How do I know how many rooms/areas my site has?. A rough count is fine to start — a small workshop is often a single open area (1), while a multi-room facility might be 5–10. We’ll confirm the exact count against your floor plan before any price is finalised.
- What if my floor plan doesn’t split cleanly into "rooms"?. That’s common with open-plan sites — tell us in the notes field and we’ll agree a fair room/zone count with you before confirming price.
- Can I change tier later?. Yes — nothing is locked in until we’ve confirmed the quote with you and you’ve accepted it.
